Everyone at ASAP Electric, Inc. receives a copy of the Request for Work form immediately on their cell phones. We collaborate who can respond the quickest, with the required resources, if needed.
The form avoids errors writing down the wrong worksite address, email, or not capturing all the tasks the customer would like done. We are here to provide exceptional service!
This information automatically goes into a database for only ASAP Electric, Inc. to use. We perform analytics on this information to determine what services are most commonly requested, areas we do most of our work in, and details about your project that can lower costs, etc.
We supplement this data with project cost information for accounting purposes and add technical specifications, if required, for the project.
When installing new breaker panels or modifying old ones, we create Excel spreadsheets that show breaker positions with detailed descriptions and link this information to our database. If a customer should loose this information we can quickly send them an electronic copy or mail a paper copy.
Automating our paperwork as much as possible gives us time to do the things we're really good at: the hands-on electrical work and industrial automation!
